Weekly planners!

If you are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed with so many things to do I would recamend creating a weekly planner. This weekly planner is a great way to balance your life out with school, work, your social life, and more. Write out your day hourly; including time to sleep, eat, and work out (if you do so). Start your planning from the time you wake up and fill in the times that you have class. Next add in time to eat your meals then add in studying time. Don't just write study time in a space though, include which class it is for and what you will be doing; for example: begin writting english rough draft. You then may want to put in a time to work out or time to be with your friends, go to a movie, ect.. Do this for everyday of the week and the spaces you don't fill out can be free time which you can spend how ever you please. Making a weekly planer will help you get a lot more done each day and releive a lot of your stress knowing you have time to get everything done!
